Bradford

This project involved the development of a new food production facility and warehouse in Bradford for a major PLC. Working from the initial brief, we identified and secured a suitable site before taking the project through design, planning and construction.

 

Drawing on our in-house development expertise, we managed the process from concept to completion, coordinating the various professional and stakeholder interests throughout. The facility was delivered to an agreed fixed budget, providing the client with cost certainty and a purpose-built operational asset tailored to its requirements.
