SportHouse at Mayesbrook Park was developed as a world-class multi-sport facility and Games-Time Training Venue for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The landmark development provided elite athletes with high-quality training facilities while creating a lasting sporting legacy for the local community. Centred around the UK’s largest multi-use sports halls, the facility continues to serve both elite and community sport.

Developed from concept to completion, the project demonstrates our in-house capability to originate and deliver complex developments. From developing the initial concept and identifying a suitable location, through to coordinating third-party stakeholders and managing design and construction, we delivered a high-profile facility to budget and to the required Olympic-standard specification.
