Hillside

Hillside was a private residential development undertaken for a client seeking to create a substantial multi-use leisure and entertaining facility within the grounds of their home. The project also involved the sensitive redesign of the existing listed house to create more contemporary living spaces while respecting its architectural character. Located within the Green Belt, the development presented significant planning challenges and required careful consideration of Green Belt policy, heritage and associated planning constraints.

 

Our in-house team developed the design in close collaboration with the client, responding to their specific requirements and parameters, and successfully secured planning consent.
